Technology Consulting Group builds community beyond project work through a range of social events and shared traditions designed to help members connect. These include structured programs, including Fall Retreat, Secret Santa, and IM Sports, along with casual socials throughout the semester that create opportunities to meet others across cohorts.
New members are supported by upperclassmen mentors who help them feel welcome and integrated into the organization. A key part of this community-building is the Big/Little system, which pairs members to foster lasting relationships and a strong sense of belonging.
